It’s our way of rewarding you for playing poker. The beauty of the VIP Scheme is its simplicity. All players can easily participate and enjoy the benefits of the scheme. Those who play more regularly can receive progressively greater rewards.

This is the simple part: you can choose from a range of VIP Rewards. Our VIP Scheme works by the award of Merit Points, which you earn when you play poker. In turn, you can exchange these points for your choice of VIP Rewards.

You can choose from a range of both Cash Rewards and Tournament Token Rewards. Your chosen reward will be credited directly to your account. Periodically, certain Special Rewards are also offered. These may be linked to an ongoing event.

Loyalty Rewards add an extra dimension to the VIP Scheme. These rewards provide an additional benefit for the bigger and most consistent players.

You are awarded Merit Points when you play poker for real money. On the cash tables, this happens when you contribute to a pot from which rake is taken. In Scheduled tournaments and Sit & Gos, you receive points in accordance with the fee that you pay.

In ascending order of prestige, the four standard VIP levels are Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Using these levels allows us to better reward you for playing more regularly. As the levels become more prestigious, a wider range of VIP Rewards is available.

As stated in the Improve Your Status section, your VIP level is determined simply by the number of Merit Points you earn in each calendar month. According to how many points you have earned, your level is updated on the first day of the next month.

This is an advantage of our simplified VIP Scheme. Earn enough Merit Points to qualify and you can jump directly to the more prestigious VIP levels. Additionally, you will only ever have to wait until the next month for your new level to be confirmed.

Visit the Get Your Rewards section to decide how to use your hard-earned Merit Points. When you have made your choice, simply select Claim Now and follow the on-screen instructions. Your VIP Reward will be credited to your account within 48 hours.

All the information regarding your status within the VIP Scheme can be found in the My Account section at the top left hand corner of the poker lobby. Open this section and your current VIP level is displayed along with your Merit Point balance.

Qualify for the Platinum VIP level over a period of consecutive months and you’ll gain access to Loyalty Rewards. As stated in the Get Your Rewards section, you can earn up to $1,750 by maintaining the frequency of your play.

All players can easily enjoy our VIP Scheme. However, the best approach is to save your Merit Points and exchange them for the largest VIP Rewards. A greater degree of value is on offer whenever you choose to exchange a larger number of points.
